Ribbit Art is an independent art brand based in Arizona, offering original artwork, wearable art, hats, and related creative goods. Each piece is handcrafted, and no two works are identical.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from Ribbit Art. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping is provided within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final on original, hand-painted, or custom works (including hats). Due to their nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • For one-size adjustable hats, please review product details carefully before purchasing.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Custom & Reimagined Designs

  • Previously created designs may be reimagined and crafted as new, original works of art.

  • Exact replicas are not available. Every custom order is unique and may vary from examples shown.

  • Custom orders require clear communication about themes, colors, and preferences. Payment is required upfront before work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, photographs, text, and branding associated with Ribbit Art are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Ribbit Art content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ribbit Art is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries related to the use or wear of purchased goods.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to These Terms
