No Returns or Exchanges – We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been made.

Handmade Variations – Every hat is created by hand, which means variations in design, color, and texture are part of the art itself and not considered defects.

Care Responsibility – Proper care and handling of your hat is the responsibility of the customer once received. We are not liable for damage caused after delivery.
